White garlic sauce
This sauce is very similar to my recipe of Ranch dressing, but has a stronger garlicky flavour. It is great as a salad dressing, or as a base sauce for pizzas. Soaked cashews, and the addition of a bit of apple cider vinegar and nutritional yeast, make for a light, cheesy and garlicky sauce that will amaze your palate!

Ingredients
- 60g raw cashews, soaked for > 4h
- 180 mL soy milk
- 10g cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 13g olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 ground mustard
- 3/4 tsp Italian herbs
- 6g nutritional yeast
- 5g apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a jar, and blend with an immersion blender.
