The story of Fairy Tail
I'm Sarah, scientist by weekdays, chef by weekends.
Fairy Tail had been a concept playing in my head for the better part of the past ten years. I had realised how good a plant-based diet could be, both in terms of health benefits, animal welfare and environmental impact, so I unconditionally shared my food with others. By combining knowledge in nutrition science and countless hours in the kitchen, I ended up creating flavourful, unprocessed, and varied meals that followed nutritional guidelines. I would feed my family, friends, colleagues and neighbors, collecting money to donate to Edgar's Mission Animal Sanctuary, and CARE. I loved it so much that I decided to make it my life's work.
